Former Ms. India Universe, Gul Panag who has set a perfect example for beauty with a purpose, has joined as a member of the advisory board of the Wockhardt Foundation, which was recently, conferred the US “Spirit of Humanity” award.
Other advisory board members include well-known personalities like Yash Chopra, Priya Dutt, Shobha De, Shaina NC, Shyam Benegal, Sangita Jindal, Milind Deora, Julio Ribeiro and Indu Shahani.
Ms. Panag’s role will be that of a goodwill ambassador, to provide moral support for the upliftment of the poor, weak and needy. She will also be involved in spreading the mission of the foundation through its Human Values and Social Awakening iniatives.
At present, Wockhardt Foundation has over 7500 warriors who are committed to the cause of the Foundation. Wockhardt Foundation is a movement of Social Awakening, Social Development, and Human Values. Recently, they won the prestigious Americares “Spirit of Humanity” Award.
