School drop out rates are increasing. Seeing educated family and friends without jobs disillusions the youth. The need to increase employment by increasing public and private investment in the form of commercial and governmental concerns is vital. Promotion of practical vocational and specialized courses necessary to provide immediate employment is the need of the hour. Based on regional demography G4C will encourage national and international concerns keen to set up business in India and lobby as a pressure group to ensure policy till implementation occurs.
